Plans and credits
Etchv watermarking plans and credits: the 7-day free trial, which formats each plan includes, what uses credits, rate limits and how to cancel.

Sign up and use any supported format in your personal workspace. The trial starts when you sign up. It never renews and never charges you automatically. When the time or credits run out, processing pauses. Your account and records stay.
Upgrading during a trial
Upgrade in Billing. Paid credits arrive in the same workspace once your payment is confirmed. Etchv spends unused trial credits first, until they would have expired. Your paid plan's format limits apply as soon as you upgrade. Extra workspaces do not get another trial.
Trial files are kept for 30 days. If you upgrade before a file expires, Etchv keeps it for a year from the day it was created.

Prices are in USD before tax. Annual billing saves 20%. Credits arrive each month. Each month's credits expire when that monthly allocation ends, including on Annual plans.
Plans and credits belong to an Organization. Members share its allowance. Only the owner can change billing. Image access includes supported animation, TIFF pages and Photoshop layers.
Format limits apply to both embedding and detection, in the dashboard and the API.
If your plan does not include a format, the request returns 403 before any credits
are reserved.

Embedding and detection are charged separately. If an operation fails, its reserved
credits are refunded. With zero available credits, new processing returns 402.
Etchv never charges automatically for going over. A job that was accepted keeps
its reserved credits until it finishes.
GPU processing
Business and Enterprise can request accelerator=gpu. It costs 3× normal
credits when the GPU runs. If the work falls back to the CPU, it costs the
normal amount.

All keys and dashboard use in an Organization share these limits. A request over
the limit returns 429 with a Retry-After time to wait. Wait, or upgrade for
more capacity.

Use Dashboard → Billing. If you canceled renewal, resume it before you schedule a plan change. Overdue payments may pause processing. Contact us for Enterprise terms, evaluations or additional capacity.
Enterprise invoices
Enterprise contracts are invoiced by Etchv on agreed payment terms. Each invoice carries your company's legal name, address, tax ID and PO number, and is emailed to your billing contact. Pay it from the invoice by bank transfer, ACH direct debit or card.
Each period's credits arrive when its invoice is issued. If an invoice is not paid by its due date, processing pauses until it is paid. The workspace owner sees every invoice on the Billing page. Contact us to set up or change a contract.
Monthly usage statements
Dashboard → Usage summarizes each calendar month (UTC) by operation, media format and hardware, with the credits used. Choose a month to see it. Select Download CSV to get one row per operation. Owners and admins see the whole workspace; members see their own requests. Statements cover the current month so far and the eleven before it.
